In this session we will be discussing the impact stress has on our psychological well-being and some ways we can de- crease our daily stress. The goal will be to provide everyday tools, activities, resources and options for caregivers to utilize on a day to day basis, in order to continue supporting their loved ones to the best of their abilities.
