Holy Week and Easter Live-Stream Services at St. John’s Cathedral

Until the majority of people are vaccinated and our elderly parishioners are less at risk, it is safer to wait a little longer and not open too early.  Our online services will be available to everyone who has access to a computer, and we are sending out bulletins to those parishioners who do not have internet access. Worship services will be taking place at the Cathedral during this Holy Season – they will just be held in a format that will keep us healthy this year, and we all look forward with optimism and hope to being able to safely gather in-person next year for Holy Week and Easter.

The (Livestreamed Only) Services that we have planned for Holy Week and Easter are as follows:

  • The Sunday of the Passion: Palm Sunday – Sunday March 28th – 10:30 am
  • Maundy Thursday – Thursday April 1st – 7:00 pm
  • Good Friday – Friday April 2nd – 1:00 pm
  • Easter Day – Sunday April 4th – 10:30 am – with our Diocesan Bishop, Christopher Harper as Celebrant and Preacher

Please Note:  That the Easter Vigil Service will not be held in 2021.  We look forward to having this service back at the Cathedral in 2022.

  1. My Father was George William Beck. There is a stained glass window on the south side of the Cathedral, dedicated to the memory of my father.
